1. How to request data deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to:

Your request must include:

Full name.

Email address registered with Kara Clinical.

Phone number associated with your account.

A clear statement requesting the deletion of your data.

This information is strictly necessary to validate that you are the account holder and to prevent accidental or unauthorized deletions by third parties.

2. What happens after your request

Once the request is received, Kara Clinical will proceed to:

Verification: Confirm the identity of the requester.

Retention analysis: Review whether there are any legal, tax, or warranty obligations (related to purchases or transactions) that require the temporary retention of certain data.

Execution: Process the permanent deletion in accordance with current data protection laws.

Note: Some billing records, e-store transactions, or security logs may be retained for the minimum time required by law for tax audits or fraud prevention.

3. Scope of Deletion

If your request is approved, Kara Clinical will do the following:

Data Cleansing: Removal or anonymization of your personal data from our marketing systems and active databases.

Cessation of Processing: Restrict any future use of your information for user profiles or purchase recommendations.

4. Timeframe

Requests are typically processed within 30 days. If the request is complex or requires additional validation with payment gateways or partners, you will be informed of any extension of the deadline.

5. Third-Party Partners / Stores and Partners

If you accessed Kara Clinical through an online store, a partner marketplace, or a partner organization, please note that:

Deletion from Kara Clinical does not automatically delete your data from the databases of those partners.

You will need to contact the store or business partner directly to arrange for the deletion of the data they collected independently.
